Directions: Initial Dosage:
Take 2 Capsules at night daily for 2 days. Maintenance Dosage:
Take 1-2 capsules per 2-3 days.
No more than 4 capsules per day.
You should expect a movement of normal bulk
and consistency without cramping or discomfort
within 12 - 16 hrs following first or second usage.
Precautions:
Do not take if pregnant or nursing.
Do not take if you have renal failure.
Take as capsule; do not sprinkle capsule over food.
Intended for adult use, ages 12 and older.
